Repair an existing structure with care.
Damaged panels, framing and connections need an assessment before a repair is defined. We consider the condition of the structure and adjoining home, along with project-specific permitting and product requirements.
Plan the deck around the way you spend time outside.
Seating, shade, entertaining and access to the yard help shape a useful deck plan. For an existing deck, tell us about worn surfaces, movement or areas that need attention. Stairs, railings, connections and the supporting structure need project-specific assessment before a repair or improvement is defined.
Consider the existing space before adding an enclosure.
A porch, deck or patio may be part of your sunroom or screen-room plans. Its foundation, roof, drainage and connections need to be reviewed alongside the enclosure. Tell us how you want to use the space and what you would like to keep so the proposed work can be planned around the actual property.
