Experienced hands.
A practical perspective.

RFH is Restoring Florida Homes.

One conversation about the whole project.

Our work spans residential repairs and remodeling, manufactured-home improvements, exterior renovations and small commercial projects. That broad perspective helps connect the repair you can see with the surrounding work that may need attention.

We begin by learning about your property, your priorities and the condition of the area involved. From there, we can discuss a suitable assessment and proposed scope.

Plan the details before the work begins.

A useful remodeling conversation connects the finished appearance with the work needed to get there. Discuss the scope, material selections, access and scheduling needs early. Whether the project involves a kitchen, bathroom, floor or outdoor space, these details help build a clear understanding of the proposed work.
