Information you choose to send

The project inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, property city or ZIP, service requested, project description, and optionally your email address and property type. RFH uses these details to respond to your inquiry, understand the project and communicate about potential work.

Website hosting and form processing

This website is prepared for hosting on Netlify. When deployed there, Netlify processes website traffic and form submissions for RFH. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate and protect the service. Form submissions may be stored in Netlify and delivered through email notifications configured by RFH.

Contact and use of your details

Submitting the form asks RFH to contact you about the project. It does not enroll you in a marketing program. RFH does not sell project-inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website and manage communications, or when required by law.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information such as pages visited, referral information, device and browser details, and approximate geographic information. The website does not send the name, phone number, email address or project description entered in the inquiry form to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. You can manage cookies through your browser and learn about Google’s practices at Google Privacy Policy. Hosting and security services also process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site.

Keeping your information appropriate

Please do not submit payment information, passwords, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal details through this form. Include only what is needed to describe the construction project.
